On May 30, the 59 meter long, 1155 dwt offshore supply vessel Urter ran ashore at Storasund, Norway. The Urter was underway when the vessel lost control of its steering and ran up to the shoreline. The bow sustained minimal damage and the crew was able to refloat the Urter later the same day.  Authorities were notified and the Urter was later inspected for damage. No reports of injuries or pollution released.
