Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. A boom was set up around the Osprey, center, a herring trawler, at its berth in Harbor Loop on Thursday. Overnight the vessel went aground at 10 Pound Island, which punctured its fuel tank. The boat was being prepared to be hauled and repaired. Some fuel from the tank washed out towards Rocky Neck off Sumac Lane and was being cleaned up by Enpro, under the supervision of the Coast Guard.
