The 80 meter long self-propelled barge Schaumburg was damaged on the Weser River while exiting the lock at Landesbergen, Germany.   The Schaumburg loaded with gravel was proceeding out of the gate at slow speed when the gates were closed.   The vessel’s bow became wedged between the gates causing hull damage estimated around 30000 Euros.  No reports of injuries or pollution released.
