The 21 meter long, 94 gt fishing vessel Inmaculada Segunda went aground leaving port at Santoña, Spain.  The Inmaculada Segunda was leaving port when it made a hard turn to avoid striking paddlers.  The fishing vessel went hard aground onto a sandbar.   The vessel remained aground until high tide when the vessel listed over to starboard and capsized.   No reports or injuries to the nine crew.   Divers were dispatched the next day which sealed the vessel while an oil boom was placed to contain any pollution released.  The vessel was righted and dewatered.
