Cemfjord
The 83 meter long bulk carrier Cemfjord capsized in Pentland Firth between Scotland and Orkney Islands. The Cemfjord was en route to Runcorn from Aalborg with a cargo of cement when the vessel lost stability and quickly overturned. It suspected the crew had no time to react to as there was no distress call was sent from the Cemfjord. Authorities were alerted when the bow of the Cemfjord was spotted by the passing ferry Hrossey.
