Kapitan Konshin
On July 19, 2014, the 114 meter long cargo ship Kapitan Konshin ran aground in the Amur Estuary near Nikolayevsk-on-Amur, Russia. The Kapitan Konshin was en route to Japan with 3000 tons of timber. The crew was able to refloat the vessel by their own means on the following high tide. No reports of injuries, damage or pollution released. The vessel continue on its voyage.
