The 24 meter long fishing vessel Grietje Cornelia ran aground  just 50 meters off the shore along the coast of Egmond aan Zee, Netherlands. The trawler requested assistance with a KNRM lifeboat responding. Initially, the lifeboat was unable to refloat the Grietje Cornelia due to the low water levels, but later succeeded on the rising tide a few hours later. No reports of injuries to the three crew, damage or pollution released. The Grietje Cornelia later proceeded to Den Helder.

The 321 meter long, 102379 dwt container ship Xin Fei Zhou allided with the lock wall of the Agua Clara Locks, Panama. The boxship suffered a small gash along its hull above the waterline. The lock only sustained slight damage and traffic was not impacted by the incident. The Xin Fei Zhou was allowed to proceed on its voyage.

The 69 meter long, 1602 dwt cargo vessel Emine Anne ran aground near Bozcaada, Turkey. The Emine Anne was en route to Ancona from Constanta with 1300 tons of iron when the crew lost control of the steering  and the vessel struck the breakwall. No reports of injuries to the nine crew on board. The Turkish Coast Guard dispatched a lifeboat to the scene. No reports of pollution released.
