On July 25, the 88 meter long cargo vessel Traveberg ran aground off Nibe Bredning, Denmark. The Traveberg was en route to Aggersund from Fredericia in ballast when ran aground. A tug was requested and refloated the Traveberg an hour later. No reports of injuries, damage or pollution released.  Reports state a pilot was on board the vessel at the time of the grounding.

On July 5, the 44 meter long fishing vessel Lykke Hametner suffered damage while moored at Thyborøn, Denmark. The trawler was struck by a floating dock which had broken loose by strong winds.  The dock punched a hole into the port side of the hull. No reports of injuries or pollution released.

The 100 meter long ro-ro passenger ferry Samsø allided with the pier at Sælvig, Denmark. The Samsø was en route from Hou to Sælvig with 57 passengers when it struck the pier while attempting to berth. The ferry’s sustained damage to its bow with 2 meter hole above the waterline.  The pier was damaged as the allision caused the ramp to break off the quay stuck in the bow.  No reports of injuries. The Samsø was pulled from service for repairs. No further details reported.
