Kongsvaag High and Dry
The 89 foot long, 2665 dwt freighter Kongsvaag went aground at Fløsundholmane on the Bokn in Rogaland, Norway. The rescue vessel responded and was on standby. The tug Mega Mammut arrived on scene and released the Kongsvaag with the next high tide. The Kongsvaag was taken to Føresvik for an inspection. All seven crew on board were uninjured and no pollution was released.
