Albula

Albula

The 60 meter long dredger Albula allided with the Koninginne Bridge at Rotterdam, Netherlands.  The Albula was passing under the bridge when the vessel became stuck underneath.  Crews were able pull the Albula free a few hours later and bridge traffic was allowed to continue after an inspection.  No reports of injuries, damage or pollution released.

The 274 meter long, 157,740 dwt tanker Dimitris P allided with a dock at Rotterdam, Netherlands.   The tanker had allided with a bollard resulting in a large dent along the starboard side of the hull.   No reports of injuries or pollution released.

Colorado

COLORADO

The 135 meter long self-propelled barge  Colorado allided with the Botlek Bridge on the Outer Maas at Rotterdam, Netherlands.   The Colorado had become disabled after suffering engine failure when it entered the Maas River from the Hartel Canal.  The crew attempted to drop anchor, but the vessel swung and struck the bridge.   Work on the bridge was halted until it could be inspected.   No reports of injuries, damage or pollution released.
