On August 9, the 82 meter long  cargo vessel Kelt ran aground on Siamaa Lake off Lappeenranta, Sweden. The Kelt was en route to Likoseenlahti from Vyborg when the cargo vessel suffered a power blackout.  The blackout was caused by a monitoring system on the cooling water tank.  No reports of injuries.  Divers inspected the hull for damage before it was refloated. The hull was found to suffered only minor dents and the Kelt was allowed to proceed on its voyage.
