The 126 meter long, 8033 dwt freighter Cheng Lu 28 collided with a fishing vessel in the Hainan Strait off Hainan, China.   The freighter smashed the small fishing vessel sending the five crew overboard.   Two fishermen were rescued by the Cheng Lu 28 while the other three went missing.   The freighter was ordered to Haikou, Hainan while an authorities conduct an investigation into the incident.   The Cheng Lu 28 reported no injuries on board.
