Collision off Hong Kong
The 29 meter long, 267 gt high speed ferry Santa Maria with 82 passengers collided with the 43 meter long, 659 dwt freighter Mui Wo off Tuen Mun, China. The two vessels were proceeding in dense fog when they collided. Both vessels suffered minor damage. No reports of injuries or pollution released.
