The 292 meter long bulk carrier Samjohn Legacy allided with a quay in the port of Narvik, Norway. The bulker was docked when strong wind gusts caused the vessel to break from its moorings. The Samjohn Legacy drifted into a newly built quay causing little damage. Two tugboats reacted quickly and regain control over the bulker. The tugs maneuvered the Samjohn Legacy out of the harbor into a secured anchorage. No reports of injuries or pollution released.
