On August 31, the 151 meter long tanker Paros Wind collided with the 180 meter long bulk carrier CS Jaden during the night near the north entrance to the Bosphorus Strait.  The Paros Wind, loaded with fuel oil, struck the port side of the CS Jaden which was laden with wheat.  Both vessels sustained hull damage, but no reports of injuries or pollution released.  Both vessels proceeded to an anchorage in the Black Sea off Türkeli, Turkey.
