The 44 meter long, 1000 dwt ro-ro ferry Kragero went aground near Schweigaardsholmen, Norway. The ferry was proceeding in poor visibility with 11 passengers when it struck bottom. The Kragero suffered some hull damage and controlled water ingress. No reports of injuries or pollution released. The Kragero proceeded under its own power to Jomfruland where it safely unloaded its passengers. The vessel returned back to the port of Kragerø where it will be inspected.
