The 15 meter long tugboat Benjamin Bailey sank on the Piscataqua River near Kittery, Maine.  The tug was working on a new bridge when it capsized and sank.   The two crew members on board were able to scramble to safety.   A heavy lift barge will refloat the tug in a few days.  The cause of the sinking is under investigation.
